The terms below is an agreement between Paintball Games UK (The Company) and the site operator (The business).
- Recticals
- The Company is in the business of generating extra players for The Business through a variety of media.
- The Business agrees to engage The Company in the above role and allows The Company to advertise the services of The Business.
- The Client is the end user of The Business, having booked via The Company.
- A Booking Constitutes a fee paid by the Client to The Company in order to secure places and equipment hire at the operational premises of The Business at a specific time and date which will be confirmed by phone, mail or email provided by The Business.
- Agreement
- The Business agrees to allow The Company to market them to the general public and agrees to provide the client with there usual high levels of customer service and all equipment hire free of charge.
- The Company will incur the cost of all promotional material and marketing campaigns and costs associated with making a booking.
- The Company shall remain to be the owner of the client until the booking arrangement is fulfilled by The Business.
- The Business authorises The Company to sell places to the general public, at a cost set by The Company and agrees that The Company will keep the entirety of the proceeds from the sale.
- The Business agrees to supply the client with subsequent purchases of 100 paintballs at a fixed cost (Set by the Business) .
- The Business agrees to supply the client lunch (where available) at a cost of £0.00.
- The Company aggress to send conformation of any booking by telephone or email and will check availability by telephone before arrangements with the client are fulfilled.
- The Business agrees to provide a level of service and equipment that will give the client a high degree of satisfaction and safety. Any contrary reports to The Company will be forwarded to The Business in order to attempt to rectify the matter.
- This agreement remains in force until it is either
: i) amended by The Company and a new agreement is issued or;
ii) terminated by The Company or The Business in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in 2.m
- This agreement can be terminated:
- By The Business giving 3 months writted notice to The Company
- The Company reserved the right to terminate this agreement with immediate effect at any time.
- If The Business fails to abide by any agreements made between The Company and The Business in parts 1 and 2.
- The Business agrees to honour all bookings, in existence at time of termination, for a period of 6 months subsequent to this agreement being terminated.
- The Business agrees that it will complete The Companies’ ‘Supplier Manifest’
Document, supply all relevant information required and provide proof of any public liability insurance.
- The person signing this agreement on behalf of The Business warrants that:
- They have the Authority to bind The Business to the terms of this agreement.
- The Business has full public liability insurance and indemnifies The Company against any claims made against The Business for any reason what so ever.
